Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while ensuring the successful delivery of technically complex solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent coordination skills in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and organizational policies.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and performance updates for management and stakeholders.
- Support project governance, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification or any other recognized project management certification.
- Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience, including experience working on donor-sponsored projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, and system implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, softwares and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
