The Deputy Sheriff and Warehouse Management System is a comprehensive, digitally formatted, and well-structured platform designed to streamline the execution of judgments and the efficient management of forfeited assets. This system systematically enforces, stores, organizes, and retrieves assets designated for auction, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the entire process.

By integrating advanced digital tools, it provides real-time access to Judiciary management, enabling informed decision-making and improved oversight. The platform also incorporates robust security measures to protect asset records and maintain their integrity over time.

With its focus on sustainability and long-term storage, the system supports efficient resource utilization while reducing operational redundancies. Additionally, it facilitates seamless reporting and tracking mechanisms, ensuring stakeholders are continually updated and empowered with accurate information. Scope of Work

  • Development of a secure, role-based web application with customized interfaces for HOD’s, Deputy Sheriffs, Sheriff and Warehouse Managers enabling real-time asset registration, property tracking, case linkage, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Development of Auction site for Lagos State Judiciary Asset Forfeitures.
  • Developed a robust inventory management module for warehouse operations, including barcode generation, check-in/check-out tracking, physical verification tools, and audit logging.
  • Established user role hierarchies and access permissions in line with organizational responsibilities.
  • Procurement of Tablets for field data collection for the Sheriffs
  • Procurement of Body cameras for data and safety collection
  • Procurement of Docking Station for data storage
  • Procurement of RFID machine and RFID Scanner for easy property retrieval
