Introduction

Geospatial information systems have become a vital instrument for planning, managing resources, and making informed decisions. The capability of GIS to store, retrieve, analyze, model, and map spatial data has significantly expanded its application. This course aims to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize GIS tools for visualizing real-world features, exploring spatial data, analyzing maps, communicating information, and facilitating decision-making.

  • The duration of the course is flexible, and the course content can be adjusted to fit any number of days.
  • The course fee for on-site training includes facilitation, training materials, one coffee break, a lunch, and a Certificate of Successful Completion of Training. Participants are responsible for their travel expenses, including arrangements, airport transfers, visa applications, dinners, health/accident insurance, and any other personal expenses.
  • Accommodation, pickup, flight booking, and visa processing arrangements can be made upon request at discounted prices.
  • Tablets and laptops can be provided to participants upon request for an additional cost.
