Comprehensive asset inventory, GIS integration, GPS data collection, remote sensing technology utilization, infrastructure condition assessment, spatial analysis, real-time monitoring, accessibility analysis, data visualization, integration with existing systems, stakeholder engagement, emergency response planning, capacity building, environmental impact assessment, documentation, and reporting
- Produced Satellite Images of the SWB coverage area on A0 paper sizes on a scale of 1:10,000 as agreed on with Utility Technical Advisor)
- Set up GIS hardware and software for the SWB
- Trained five (5) SWB staff on GIS and digital Cartography (map production using GIS software).
- Developed electronic maps of the state geographic space indicating the locations of the Taraba State Water Board assets including their attributes with digitization of major geographic features i.e. (roads, large structures, monuments, landmarks, etc.)
- Produced a plan/schematic of the original water transmission/ distribution system over a satellite image captured within the last 3 years.
- Digitized existing water transmission/distribution into a GIS Platform.
- Created digital and hard copy maps of the water supply asset including transmission and distribution network.
- Developed asset register with an electronic form for asset capturing and data update.
