The Development, Deployment and Hosting of Electronic Docket System

Objective:
To streamline judiciary operations, promote transparency, and improve access to case information for the Lagos State Judiciary sector.

Project Deliverables:

1. Web-Based and Mobile Application for Docket Management:
   • Development of an intuitive platform for seamless uploading and updating of court cases.
   • Features for lawyers, litigants, and others to access real-time case information, including scheduled hearing dates, case status, and court assignments.
   • Notifications and reminders for Judges and Court Registrars to stay updated on case proceedings.
   • Mobile App for Public User
2. Onboarding Judges and Registrars:
   • Digital profiles for judges and their registrars to facilitate easy case management and updates.
   • Training and support for judiciary staff to transition to the new system seamlessly.
3. Display Boards Across Judicial Divisions:
   • Installation of digital display boards at key judiciary divisions, including Ikeja, Lagos (Osborne), Badore, Sabo, Tapa, Epe, Badagry, and Ikorodu.
   • Real-time display of case statuses and daily court schedules to inform involved parties and visitors.
   • A design focused on clarity and accessibility, ensuring ease of use for all individuals in the judiciary premises.
